This document outlines the ownership of intellectual property rights for all content and services available on BC Game’s platforms. Any mention of “company,” “firm,” or “organization,” as well as the use of “we” and “our,” refers to BC Game and its affiliated companies. In this agreement, the term “resources” encompasses all products and services created by the Company in relation to the Website or BC Game mobile app, which includes mobile applications, portable computer programs, and desktop computer programs.
By using the Company’s infrastructure to access the Service, the User is considered to have agreed to the Company’s policies and data processing practices. During the signup process, the customer must indicate their acceptance of the company’s services by selecting the “I agree” option. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this entire section of the document and all other terms related to the use of the company’s resources.
BC Game License Agreement
- The company provides all services exclusively for the client’s personal use and prohibits sharing user data with others.
- Account ownership is restricted to registered individuals aged 18 and above, in compliance with company policies.
- Any breach of service terms or suspected violation, including involvement of minors as identified by the company’s security service, may result in temporary account suspension pending investigation or permanent banning without explanation.
- The Client must furnish accurate and current personal information as required by jurisdictional laws.
BC Game (inclusive of affiliated companies under the same brand) retains full ownership rights to content, music, graphics, and promotions offered. Unauthorized commercial use of copyrighted materials from the company, as well as reproduction, distribution, alteration, translation, or transmission of company materials is strictly prohibited unless otherwise specified in the terms of the promotion.
The user agrees to the terms stated in this document and acknowledges their responsibility for any damages resulting from unauthorized actions taken on the company’s resources. The term BC.Game domain encompasses any associated resource owned by the company, including exclusive rights to its ownership. The client bears financial responsibility for any actions involving the correction, deletion, hacking, or disclosure of information on BC Game domains.
Disclaimer of Liabilities
The company shall not be liable for any losses incurred by players as a result of site/domain errors, unanticipated resource closures, reduced product quality, inaccurate product descriptions, or any other circumstances beyond the company’s control that impede the continuous provision of services as outlined in the terms of use.
The company commits to resolving technical issues promptly to restore service at the earliest opportunity. The company reserves the right to decline service delivery or terminate any service without explanation at any time. In cases of disputes, the final decision by BC Game’s management is conclusive and not subject to appeal.
Player Responsibilities
By utilizing the BC Game website, mobile apps, or any other means of engaging with BC Game services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following guidelines:
- You must be of legal age and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.
- Your usage of our services should be recreational, fitting into your leisure time activities.
- Your account should be used solely by you, and you should not share personal information with others.
- When requested to provide identification or personal information, you must do so accurately and promptly.
- Inform the company promptly of any changes to your personal information (such as name, address, phone number, etc.).
- Your obligation includes monitoring and promptly settling any taxes owed on winnings, irrespective of the jurisdiction where the winnings were obtained.
- You recognize that you bear full responsibility for any financial losses that may arise.
- While Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies serve as a form of payment within the Service, you acknowledge that they lack legal tender status.
- Note that Bitcoin, along with other cryptocurrencies, is a highly volatile asset influenced by market conditions.
- You commit to refraining from making or accepting payments from third parties that are unrelated to the company’s services.
- Under no circumstances can a personal account be sold or transferred to a third party.
Restricted Uses
The company’s services are meant for individual use only; thus, sharing account details with others for service access is strictly prohibited. Wagering must be conducted from the individual customer’s account, and having multiple accounts is not allowed.
Moreover, residents of countries where BC.Game is prohibited from operating (Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Costa Rica, France, Netherlands, Saba, Statia, Saint Martin, USA) are not authorized to avail themselves of the company’s services. Users employing software to conceal their location or prevent the service provider from ascertaining their location are in breach of this Agreement and are not permitted to use the Company’s services. BC.Game adheres to all relevant laws and refrains from extending its services to users in countries where such action is illegal. The company retains the right to permanently deactivate any account found violating these terms.
Know your customer
When signing up with the company for the first time, the customer must provide evidence of being at least 18 years old and residing in a non-restricted jurisdiction. BC.Game reserves the right to ask for further documentation to verify the client’s identity or location at any point. The account of the customer may be limited until their identity is verified and confirmed.
Violation
The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate this Agreement, discontinue providing the Company’s Services to the individual involved, and close their Account if the Client engages in illegal, manipulative, or otherwise prohibited activities concerning the Services or other Clients. Moreover, the Client will be held accountable for any damages resulting from their violation of this Agreement. If the Customer breaches this Agreement, they will assume full responsibility for the actions of the Company’s management, including employees, managers, and directors, as well as the actions of any affected users due to such breaches, encompassing all legal costs.
